Simplified Employee Relocation Programs
Meet Yvonne
Prior to founding Bosson Consulting, Yvonne was the Global Mobility Manager at Texas Instruments (2002-2008) and was instrumental in shaping Texas Instruments’ global mobility program, managing all aspects of the fully outsourced program, which included U.S. domestic relocations (250 transferees/year), expatriate assignments (700 assignees/year) and international tax program (TEL 600/year). Yvonne had both strategic and operational responsibilities of the program including policies, procedures, and process improvements. The annual program costs were approx $60M with a budget of $3M/year. Yvonne had a corporate signature approval level of $1M. Under her management, Texas Instruments’ global mobility program realized >$8M in savings. Below is a summary of Yvonne's other key responsibilities while at Texas Instruments:
- managed core suppliers including contract, fees, service delivery and SLAs (expat admin, expat tax, van lines, cultural training and destination services)
- developed strategic and operational processes that drove performance and compliance
- continuously researched process improvements and was successful in program re-engineering
- conduct supplier audits to review compliance with processes, including quality reviews
- trained business and HR managers on all aspects of program
- developed Request for Proposals (RFP) for expatriate administration and tax services
- managed supplier transitions (expat admin, expat tax and van lines)
- member of the HR Shared Services Leadership Team, Staffing Leadership Team, HR Mergers & Acquisitions Team, and the Employee Health Benefits Communications Steering Team

Previous to her employment at Texas Instruments, Yvonne was an Account Manager for Ernst & Young (1998-2002). She managed client account team deliverables, a large account team of ten consultants and communicated service deliverables with the global account team to ensure standardized operations. Yvonne spent six weeks in Singapore training a team of consultants based on her client's request for regional consultants. She also colead numerous new account transitions, which provided invaluable experience.

Yvonne's career in relocation began with ST Microelectronics (1994-1998), which is a French owned company, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. Yvonne was an HR Generalist providing support to their staffing organization including their in-house expatriate program for the North Americas region. She also managed their outsourced domestic relocation program and U.S. vendors supporting this program.
